Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
Once dispatched, orders are handed over to our logistics partner for delivery.

We ship across India using third-party courier services facilitated through our logistics partner.

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations.
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance

Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of placing the order. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, or failed delivery attempts, may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@mortisnoir.com with your order details. Each case will be reviewed individually.
