At Mortis Noir, each piece is produced with intent and care. Please review the policy below before placing an order.

No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

The item received is damaged
The item received is incorrect in size
Requests outside these conditions will not be approved.

Exchange Options
If your exchange request is approved, you may choose one of the following options:
Exchange the item for a different piece of equal value
Receive a store credit for the value of the item

Store credit:
Is non-refundable
Has no cash value
Can be used for future purchases on the website

Exchange Request Timeline
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted

Order number
Clear images of the item
Reason for the exchange

Condition of Items
Items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
In original condition with tags intact
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.

Reverse Pickup & Shipping
Approved exchanges will be collected through our logistics partner
Shipping or handling charges (if any) will be communicated during the exchange process
We reserve the right to reject exchanges if the item fails quality inspection upon return

Final Decision
All exchange approvals are subject to review. Mortis Noir reserves the right to approve or deny exchange requests at its discretion.
